SO Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Hotel is Oxley’s second hotel development in Malaysia. The hotel is designed to appeal to the young, affulent traveller seeking a more avant-garde, fashion-led and more social hotel experience. When completed, SO Sofitel Kuala Lumpur will offer 226 rooms, four inspired food and beverage outlets, an extensive pool with deck and terrace, SO Fit gym, SO Spa, signature Club Lounge, business centre and several function and event spaces. The hotel will be housed within the same tower as the SO Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Residences occupying the lower levels of the building while the apartments will occupy the upper levels. The hotel is expected to be completed in 2023.

The five star luxury Shangri-La Hotel is the first in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It is conveniently located near the capital city’s main sightseeing attractions as well as Preah Sisowath Quay, a popular restaurant and nightlife district and a stone’s throw away from the Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Centre. The luxury hotel with approximately 300 rooms is expected to open in 2021.
